I am interested in purchasing one (maybe two) boxes (24-packs each) of the new set. I am interested in price quotes with shipping included. I will be paying with PayPal, so include any applicable surcharges.

I already saw that Covenant Games is selling them at $108 with free shipping and a Book of the Covenant promo. If this is the best deal then I will take it, but I wanted to see what everyone else is offering first. Post or PM your offers. I understand that this would be a pre-sale and I am OK with paying now and receiving later when they are released.
