Title: Selling my Limited collection

Howdy!

I was going through a lot of my old games and discovered my old Redemption cards. They're mostly Limited edition and some Prophets. I know they're fairly underpowered for the current game and not worth much, but I'm hoping to sell the whole lot at once. I've linked to a Google Docs spreadsheet listing what I have. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the chase Lost Souls or Goliath.

According to the TLG list everything is worth around $55, but as I said, I recognize the low value of most of the cards to the current game. So, I'd like to sell everything for $20, but I am open to negotiation.

I am not really interested in buying your cards but if you are willing, let me propose a trade. Have you played the game recently? Would you like to have some cards that make up actual decks with newer cards that have good special abilities? I would be willing to trade you an I/J starter deck for your cards so you would have some newer stuff that is playable. Thoughts?

Thank you for the offer, but I'm not interested in getting back into the game.

Instead of putting the cards on sale for a fixed amount, I'll offer them up as a bid.  If you're interested in the collection PM me with an offer.

Unfortunately, uthminister was probably offering you the best deal you will get.  Almost all cards in the Original and Prophets are never played; when a retiring player has a collection like yours, they usually end up donating it to a playgroup for the cost of shipping.

Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunate, but not surprising.

I may try my hand at ebay, but if that, too, doesn't pan out (which, based on what you're saying, I find to be the likely outcome), where might I find a playgroup in or around Houston?
