One just sold on eBay for $10.56 including shipping, and it came with 3-1/2 additional A/B opened decks. So there doesn't seem to be much desire for them right now.

Chris Bany has the A/B on his site for $20, so you can't really expect more then that.

I can always offer something different, I will offer up to $25 worth of cards, but I can't offer actual cash because I need to put my money into my new playgroup...

btw is this the limited or unlimited starter? Aka does it come in boxes with a rule book or does it just come in a wrapper?

Comes with rulebook enclosed in plastic wrapping.
