Cactus Games will give you 8 packs of your choice for 80 UPCS, all you have to do is cover shipping.  Email Rob from the "Contact Us" link on the bottom of the page at http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/ (http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/)

Yeah, just stick in a note telling what kind of packs you would want.

while "knots" can sometimes tell things...they are heavy and can be expensive to send  ;D I would prefer sending a letter with a thank you for Rob being the coolest game creator ever! ::)

Packs are available for UPC exchange at pretty much every MN tournament. I believe the next one is the first weekend in December.

77 wrappers gets you 7 packs. If you take those 7 wrappers plus the 3 you had left you can get one more pack if you add in the wrapper you get from that last pack. Nifty, eh?
