So as I mentioned the images were for a new YTG playmat. I am excited to announce that we have finalized the design and are now offering it for pre-order at YTG! I want to publicly give Jesse F. a HUGE THANK YOU, as well as to this wife, for working hours on this project and getting it to the point where it is now.
The playmat commemorate's
Redemption's 25th anniversary, which is this year! I had the idea to design a 25th anniversary playmat last year when we had the 25th National tournament. I wanted to have different, iconic Redemption-related images collaged into the mat. Certain images were intentionally chosen for two reasons: to tell the Biblical story, from Genesis to Revelation, of God's plan of salvation, while also including some of the most iconic card images from Redemption. There turned out to be 25 images without us even realizing this! We also tried to represent at least one of each card type that would also represent the Biblical story and/or iconic Redemption cards. Sorry to you guys who wanted to see Que. He simply didn't make the cut.
And other images that you all recommended, which were definitely good choices, simply didn't make the cut. It was definitely a difficult decision!
I also want to give a big shout out and THANK YOU to God, Rob Anderson, and all of Redemption's faithful players throughout the years. Without this trio, we wouldn't be celebrating Redemption's 25th anniversary.
