Bills are starting to pile up and so I need to sell my collection, I haven't played the game in a literal decade, but I used to be quite the avid collector and player, I'm really trying to keep it simple by selling this whole collection as one, trying to manage individual sales for the sheer volume of what I have would be too much for me right now. I'm based in the Twin Cities Area in Minnesota so I would be willing to do local drop off for someone in the area (Honestly, driving a state over would still probably be cheaper than shipping so I have a bit of range for in person). Hey Dan! Were you a part of the Twin Cities playgroup back in the day? Not sure I recognize just the first name, but this is Jayden Alstad if that rings any bells for you. Anyway, we still have a decent group going in the TC area, but unfortunately I suspect none of our guys would have need of an older collection like this.
A few years ago now there was a "rotation" that means the older cards (pretty right up until you stopped collecting it seems) are no longer tournament legal, at least for higher level tournaments, but for most Locals and Districts as well. As a result, the value of and interest in the older cards dropped significantly. There might be a few people online here interested in collecting the older sets and would be willing to take them off your hands for the right price, but just wanted to give you a heads up they are probably few and far between and the price might be a little lower than you were hoping.
