Yes, and make sure you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for the pack and a note letting Rob know which pack you would like. To clarify, only packs through Priests count. :)

can you get disciples or warriors or womens packs from sendiing these in?

Further clarification:
You can use the UPC from Limited, Unlimited, Prophet, Women, Warrior, Apostle, Patriarch, Kings, Angel Wars, or Priest packs.
You may trade them in for any in-stock pack from that list, meaning Unlimited, Prophet, Apostle, Patriarch, Kings, Angel Wars, or Priest.
I don't know about Women packs since Cactus has a limited quantity back in stock, so if you want it, make sure you ask Rob first!
You definitely cannot get Warrior, Thesaurus, Disciple, starter decks, or tins.

Is there a limit of the number of upc's you can send in?
Example: I have over 200 upc's in my possession.

No, but you need to make sure you include enough postage for Rob to send you the 20+ packs. :)

Can we get a whole sealed box of cards if we have enough upcs? If so, how many packs come in priests, kings and angel wars?

I don't know for sure, but I'm guessing that Rob would send the 45 packs loose rather than in a sealed box. I know that I can ship them for cheaper that way. However, if you want to know for sure, you should email Rob.
45 packs are in each box, which would cost 450 UPCs.
