Title: Free Astrologers and Herod Agrippa II
Post by: Sean on December 27, 2009, 11:26:38 PM
Free Astrologers and Herod Agrippa II if, in 100 words or less, you can tell me why you should be the one I give them to.

Ready?  Go!

Humpty dumpty sat on a wall
Humpty dumpty had a great fall
All the kings horses and all the kings men
were playing speed decks and humpty couldn't beat them at his local tourneys. Humpty now wants to build a magicians/herods deck because there may be a game breaking combo that could be revealed if he only had the cards to try them out. In the meantime humpty gets his bum handed to him and cries every time his rain becomes dust gets destructioned

OOO, I like it.  Big points for creativity!  I'll leave this for a couple days but Gohanick is looking like he's gonna take home the prize.

I would like the cards just so I can give them to Gohanick. He is a great guy that was always generous to my young players in Connecticut. For all the free cards he gave to my students, he deserves a few freebies in return.

God provides.  ;D

I think Gohanick should get them just because he is facing Speed decks and he said Humpty Dumpty in a Redemption based discussion. :rollin:

Since nobody else is making an effort to outdo Gohanick I'm going to go ahead and let him have the prize.  Gohanick, please send me mailing information.

Arrgh, it's too bad that I was unable to get on the boards at all between Christmas and New Years. I could have come up with some awesome Haiku or Limericks to explain why I should have gotten the cards.

Like these:

My deck lacks captures
Withdrawing heroes is fun
Where are you Herod?

A young man once said to me
"I'll sell you Astrologers, see?"
I told him "No way!
For why would I pay
When Sean will give them to me for free?"
