Does anyone know if I buy 1 whole box of any one of the booster series am I gauranteed all of the cards in that perticular booster series?

With three boxes it's probable. Four is more probable.

Nope, no guarantees. There are ways of getting entire sets though. Cactus sells a factory set that has every card from the Original, Prophets, Womens, and Warriors sets. There are people here on the boards that would sell complete sets of the new expansions. It just depends on what you're looking for.

Women and Prophets are the only sets where a normal (non-error, 1 rare/UR per pack) box even has the opportunity to get you a complete set. The other sets have 50+ rares/ultra-rares, and there's only 45 available in a normal box.

With a box of Women packs, you will usually get 4 complete sets! But yes, if you are looking for complete sets, the factory set is by far the best way to get the early ones. :)
