Any card with a * is a card that is not in good condition and its price was not figured in to any calculation. They are able to be played in sleeves but not worth anything for collections.

I think what red is getting at is that most people sell cards for 40-50% of TLG prices and very few promos go for what TLG asks. Playability of many promos is almost 0 so really they are only bought for collections.
Not to mention this is not the best time to sell bc many people will be spending extra cash on the new cards that have recently been released.

I can come down on the prices yes. this is why i said OBO. in all honesty i never expected to get those prices but I don't spend enough time one here to know what is really valuable or not. I'll update.
