Here's how I would rank them:
1. Will be very popular, and will appear in a high percentage (70-90%) of decks.
2. Will be popular for their specific strategies, so it depends on what types of decks you build.
3. Will not be in high demand at all, few players/decks will use them (unless they are building a for-fun themed deck).
