Is this rare? I've never come across one like it.

I've seen some where the alignment was slightly off, but never any that drastic.
There were a few angels that didn't get the silver brigade stamp leaving the icon box entirely white. Those were very collectible and in demand. I don't know what kind of interest you'll find in the one pictured.

I know one of my playgroup members pulled one at Nationals and they showed it to quite a few people, and nobody really seemed interested in it, so I'm not sure if there is going to be a market for this.

I have an angle at Jerusalem that is like this.

The way I have approached these is that if the brigade coloration is completely missing, it is an error card but if if is just off (even drastically like yours) then it is just a mistake. Errors have a higher value than normal cards. Mistake cards don't hold a higher or lesser value than normal cards, they are just different.

We did try to convince Rob to say it was a dual colored character, but he didn't bite. Sorry we were really trying to get it to be something different! :P

I have an Angel in the Path and an Angel at Jerusalem like that so I know they aren't one of a kind. :P
