Which is the better Redemption hero?
-
This is actually a REALLY good match up.
-
Mah boi ET is going to pull through SoNnNnNnNnN
-
I would've gone with John over both these guys, but this is a really tough matchup.
Thad is essential to an apostles purple deck. ET is essential to a non-apostles purple deck.
Apostles deck is stronger - point for Thad.
Thad is basically useless in any other deck. ET+AoCP is also good to splash into other decks.
Versatility - point for ET.
Thad can win a game at the end all by himself. ET is only good if you have GEs to play on him.
Raw Power - point for Thad.
Winner: Thad
-
I have to go with ET he is just sweet. No one ever considers his first part of the special ability useful. MKC won a game against when he kept recurring philosophy in his FBTN deck.
-
Tim Maly uses Philosophy and ET in his deck.
-
Wha-hoo 2 people. How many people play redemption???
-
Thaddeus is the most OP hero in the game ever. He's going all the way, no doubt in my mind.
-
That use ET...might as well through in Philosophy, as you should be using KoT and TSA/Captain too, but ET is really hurting with all the new sites stopping PBI, CtB, and territory destruction.
-
I changed my vote to Thad. If Thad wins the PTB might go "wow, Thad is too strong" and make counters.

They already have said they are making some. Just vote for ET, the clearly superior hero.
-
Thad counters are coming. Then again, an ET counter is probably coming, too. :)
The results of this vote are mostly for fun, but we do take them into consideration.
Another thing we take into consideration is what is winning tournaments this season. And what has few counters. And many other factors.
Just vote for the best Redemption hero. :)
-
Aaron's Rod is imbalanced, so you should make counters for that. Maybe an artifact to the effect of "protect all enhancements from discard except by game rule".
-

Aren't there enough counters to it already?
-
How is this not ET winning? Playing pre-block is the most OP part of this game.
-
With all of the protect forts and cp et has never really recovered.

Used to be, a few seasons ago, but the new sites have balanced that out quite a bit.
-
Guys, do you really want to glorify Thaddeus more than he is already? Switch your vote to ET ;).

Apparently 19 voters don't think so. We get a lot of comments about how OP pre-block enhancements are - including the post right below yours. :)

I agree, usually they are OP. However, there's a counter to every preblock enhancement I can think of:Ignore, discard, conversion, anything else? And Darius' Decree will stop it completely, if you're that incensed about it.
