Vote now!
WINNER: TFG (every vote counts!)
-
Gotta love my Garrison.
-
Wow, really? This one seems like an upset to me. CBN banding stopper with 12 toughness, while still WC Philistine, seems like an easy call to me. 12FG shuts down Red banding chains and especially the FBTN banding, like COTH. Garrison just sits there with immunity while they play a million other nasty things, and then interrupt the battle to destroy garrison. But of course, this is just one opinion out of many.
-
I agree. I have to wonder if all the people voting immunity have played Redemption since Di came out. Immunity's not what it used to be. If Garrison had more defense I'd give it more credit, but it loses to all FbtN characters 1-on-1.
-
I voted for Garrison, but I'm really not sure why. 12FG has always been more useful to me, but I also don't know why that is. A lot of banding these days is CBN, but that 12 defense is really helpful. Immunity is a nice way to make them waste a battle winner before playing Foolish Advice or Bringing Fear. So, practically, Garrison is better, but in actuality, I have found 12FG to be better.
-
That's because 12FG is better. Many people are still living in the past when immunity was good.
*EDIT* Furthermore, if you want to talk about making them burn an enhancement, Garrison requires an Enhancement to be beat, except when the opponent is banding. This is an exceedingly common occurrence. However, 12FG also requires an Enhancement to beat except against TGT lady bands, Di Simeon bands, and Phinehas. Both can use Bringing Fear, so that's a moot argument, except that 12FG even has a slight edge there owing to his +4 defense.
Garrison was a beast before 90% of all used battle-winners were interrupts and before banding got super-popular. But now, he takes a decisive backseat to his giant brigademate. Hopefully the data will influence the votes to start going back the right direction.
-
Garrison is generic. I'm strongly considering switching my vote...
-
12FG stops every FBTN character and every captain band. He wins IMO.
-
i voted garrison because i cannot take 12fg seriously with that artwork.

He killed Inigo Montoya's father! What else is there to say?

Technically Count Rugen is an 11 fingered man, and hardly a giant. The giant in that film did have 10 fingers.
-
12FG is as big as Fezzik, twice as evil as Count Rugen, smarter than Vizzini, and more of a warrior than Inigo Montoya. I voted for him.

Ah, but the man in black could best him in any trial.

All we know is that he's got 6 fingers on his (right?) hand.

Leave Sibbicai out of this, he didn't even get on the best heroes

How did these 2 guys meet up so soon in the tourney?
This was a really tough one, but there are other immune guys in the game. There's only one 12FG (until Goliath comes along).

I voted for Garrison because there's no other black character like him. Goliath does what 12FG does better. Since Goliath should win black, it really doesn't matter anyway... :P
Hmmm.....
