Which is the better Redemption Hero?
-
Hur, based on pure pun potential.
"Well, I've got nothing in my Land of Bondage, so my turn, unless you've got Harvest Time"
"Nope, better: Hur-vest time."
-
Really? Hur is ONLY great for drawing cards with a speed deck while Gifts of the Magi is up. Habakkuk actually could win games.
-
Hur can be incredibly entertaining sometimes. Habakkuk's just this guy, you know?
Although I'm pretty biased here, Hur is our playgroup's buckler.

ANd generating LS's sorry but Hur is much more useful than drawing cards...plus Drawing cards can win you the game as well.
-
Habakkuk pwns especially the purple one.

My quote says it all
-
Hur is good for so much more than just speed. He won me the last draft I played in by creating souls to rescue three different times when there would not have been one otherwise. I didn't even have Gifts of the Magi in my deck!
-
hur is rarely used outside of gifts and being a mayhem + 1 (and even less effective vs mayhem in multi), and the fact hes primarily splashed into decks usually results in a failed rescue because of his relatively weak body with no support. hab has superior versatility by having unnegateable protect negation and ec destruction, high offense in relation to defense for decent initiative, and being pure beast and a staple in a finely tuned prophets deck.
-
Hur is also capable of completely messing up the opponents hand.
-
Wut, Searches? K, Hur to the Face.
-
Hur FTW, he is such a fun way to mess with people.
-
For my playgroup, Hur usually last for as long as it takes someone to get Martyr because people get annoyed with his hand shuffling. Causeing someone to burn a martyr on a non-key character is almost enough to make him a key character.
-
Surprised that the score is so close after all the Hur glorification.
-
Hur is also great for A-Bomb.
-
Habbakuk wants some prophet support. He doesn't negate Nazareth, prophet's biggest enemy. And except for GoJ, protect forts aren't that good, so habbakuk isn't very helpful. Whereas Hur is able to do so much: draw, generate souls, abom, etc. Hur is waaaay better.
-

That's because Habakkuk is just better. And it's all the people getting sucked in by the Hur glorification that are making this close :)
-
And Hur shows up strong in the last few hours!
-
Yeah but if Naz is out with both, it hurts Hur more than it does Habakkuk. It protects his ability from going off.
-
Looks like some people have some crow to eat

It protects one half of his ability from going off.
-
Yeah. You have Nazzy out and CTR/Side-Battle Hur. You draw seven cards without Gifts. Unnegatably.
