Blue
1. Joseph
2/2 (green/blue) (prophet, son of Jacob)
Search deck for Storehouse or Goshen. Protect sons of Jacob from discard. Enhancements with "Joseph" in the title or reference cannot be negated.
versus
Gold
2. Moses (wa)
8/8 Gold (Judge, Prophet, Musician)
All special abilities on character cards and enhancement cards except this one are interrupted and prevented. Battle is determined by the numbers.

Josiah's deck aside, I simply don't believe that Genesis is that good. Joseph is probably a better hero than Moses in sheer strength, but Moses is far more versatile, and more organically fits into OT splash decks, which seem to be the best right now. I have to go with Moses.
-
I can't believe people are actually voting for Moses. Joseph has been by far my MVP in any Genises deck I have ever built, where as Moses has only been gravy.

Both win games, but Moses is generally in better decks.

Just because Moses is in better decks doesn't make him a better hero.

I disagree with this point. How many battles are won by Joseph alone as far as I know it only works against no block rescues . . . Moses however is very capable of Winn battles all by his lonesome.

I agree with your disagreement.

See, bold is where the issue is. He is good if you build an entire deck around him, and then once he goes (which he will if your opponent is actually running defense and using out-of-battle means of dealing with him), that is that. Moses is a key piece in any number of decks, and can win battles against the meta without a single enhancement to back him up. Without one of the few Genesis battle-winners in hand that work with him, Joseph is more or less useless, where Moses just scares people into not blocking.
Moses has more solo power, more combo power, more synergy power, and more splashability power. Hence, he is the better hero.

Now I know my Sam decks lost, I didn't use Moses enough!

People still play Sam Decks?

Yeah but they're called "Moses Decks" now and are built around Moses instead of Samuel. ;)

I was referring to 2012 Sam decks that won a lot :maul: Just kidding

I currently play a sam deck along with cannanite defense, and the last 4 games I have played with it I won 5-1, 5-3, 5-0, and 5-3. Sam decks are great, though the new cars have made them not as good, they still can be made into good decks, and yes, I do include moses! :P
