1. Daniel
6/7 Green/White (Prophet)
Negate special abilities on Fortresses, Evil Characters, and N.T. Enhancements. May band to a Daniel Hero or look at opponent's hand. Cannot be negated.
Versus
3. Isaiah
7/8 Green (prophet) X = Your number of Isaiah Angels in play
Protect purple Kings from opponents. Search discard pile for a good Isaiah card and place it on deck to draw X. Good Isaiah cards cannot be negated.

As awesome as Daniel is, the power to negate lots of stuff and get a nice band is insignificant next to the power to instarecur CBN enhancements, especially when two of them are battlewinners that can also be used both as fort killers and on defence, and another is a staple both in battle and out. In addition, Isaiah`s T2 draw, site access, and soul negation (something Daniel's array lacks) put him ahead.

Daniel does what Isaiah does but without the need for lots of support.

This is kind of a toss-up to me. On the one hand, Isaiah needs Call to do what Daniel does, with some pros and cons (Daniel can band or hand look, Isaiah negates Lost Souls). On the other hand, Isaiah can be searched out with Call. Isaiah also has better support on the whole, and has the chance to draw, which is particularly effective in T2.
I came into this for Daniel, but now that I think about it, my vote goes to Isaiah.
