2. The Strong Angel
10/8 Silver (Angel)
All special abilities on character cards and enhancement cards except this one are interrupted and prevented.  Battle is determined by the numbers.

Versus

3. Captain of the Hosts (wa)
10/10 Silver (Angel, Prophet)
Interrupt and prevent all special abilities except banding.  Fight by the numbers.

TSA, just because he also negates banding, which means he can just go in solo and negate everything.  I know that there are plenty of banding chains available that can end in Captain, but I see more use in being able to stop the defense from banding too.

Regardless, this one will likely be close as they are so similar and have just slightly different deck uses.

TSA, because banding beats slightly better numbers.
