All special abilities on character cards and enhancement cards except this one are interrupted and prevented.  Battle is determined by the numbers.

Don't care what version you use of Gideon, Moses wins this.  Moses wins battles on his own and doesn't give infinite initiative for your opponent to mess with you, and he is involved in a lot of different offenses because of AutO bands.  Gideon still has to actually play to win battles, and can do nothing to stop chump blocks or hand/deck destruction/manipulation.
