Who is the better EC?

Uzzah is the easier block. FBTN kills him, but Gomer bands get wiped too easily with stuff like AoCP, Valley of Salt, ect.

This is actually really hard for me.  I really like the versatility of Gomer (small numbers, CBN band, always a fan of taking opponent's defense).  I went with Uzzah though because of his incredible usefulness and auto-block capabilities, even if he is a bit cheap :)

I went with Gomer cause with a CBN band and the ability to destroy your opponent's defense compared to Uzzah who is a good auto block but only for one turn and requires you to toss an artifact with him to do so.
