Title: TEC Packs Available for Boosting

I have added TEC packs to the Lackey Plugin.  Follow the directions for Updating the Redemption Plugin found in this post (http://www.cactusgamedesign.com/message_boards/rtsonline-play/redemption-plugin-for-lackey-ccg-(out-of-beta)/msg535654/#msg535654).
