Is there a way to give the Test Dummy a deck to test a deck out? I was trying to do so, but couldnt figure out a way to do it.

I'm not sure. Even if you could it would do anything, so there wouldn't be much of a point. But you can open two windows with the game and connect them together and play against yourself

You can load a deck to the test dummy, but you're going to have to control the test dummy yourself. You can do that by clicking on the Test Dummy's avatar. You can play from the Test Dummy's perspective like you would when you play as yourself, but you're going to have to constantly switch between you and the test dummy as you play cards.
