Title: Lackey Plugin Update: Revelation of John

I was given permission to push the Revelation of John updates to Lackey--so I did. In addition to the new RoJ cards, this update also includes the update for boosting with RoJ and the previously missing card Noah's Ark.

Thanks go out to The Guardian who sent me a mostly complete pass at formatted card information, Gabe for providing the initial set of images, and Rob Anderson (CactusRob) for providing permission to distribute this. As always all the praise go to those folks and any issues lie with me.

Speaking of issues. If you find any, please report them in the thread I split off named Issues in Lackey Revelation of John

Did a topic split, so people have a quick place to check for fixes. (Sorry for messing that up at the start.)

It looks like Lackey is unsupported for Mac now. See my post with instructions on how to get it working. I think it's a pinned thread in this part of the forum. Message me if you have questions! We'll get it working!
