Title: Lackey Plugin Update: Fall of Man

Hey All,

I have just pushed the Fall of Man updates to Lackey. In addition to the new FoM cards, this update also includes the update for boosting with FoM, the new Goliath and Laben promos, and the previously missing card The Tabernacle.

Thanks go out to The Guardian who sent me a mostly complete pass at formatted card information, Gabe for providing the initial set of images, and Rob Anderson (CactusRob) for providing permission to distribute this. As always all the praise go to those folks and any issues lie with me.

Speaking of issues. If you find any, please report them in the thread I split off named Bug Reports: Fall of Man.
