Can't run Lackey

My antivirus says its unsafe and blocks it when I try to run it as administrator. Also it tells me I have no permissions. I am running Windows 10. Any ideas?

Hm, here it works within Win10 started as admin. Maybe you can exclude the relevant parts from your AntiVir program as exceptional rule?
And what do you mean by "No permission"? What is the exact error message and when does it occur?
