Does Lackey have a way to put Custom cards in it?

Yes and no. You can add custom cards that you yourself would see, but they would not show up for your opponent to see because the plug-ins would be different. If you tried playing a game with them, it would likely cause errors.

Ah, so both players would have to add them to Lackey then?

How would I be able to add my customs to Lackey? Im not really sure how to do that myself.
