Andy, I can try if you would like, but I need specifics.

When you say your computer wont allow the download what does that mean?  What are you seeing?  Are there any messages, errors or warnings that are popping up?

Smartscreen will trigger for files that haven't been downloaded by a large number of Windows users in addition to known unsafe files. I am almost 100% certain that Lackey is falls into the "not alot of downloads" camp. By this I mean that when I started  I scanned the Lackey installer with both Malware Bytes Anti-Malware and Windows Defender and it came clean, I had no unexpected malware outbreaks immediately following the Lackey installs, and I haven't heard of any reports reports from folks on the boards complaining that they had issues.

The above being said, I believe you would be safe bypassing the SmartScreen filter to install Lackey. (This assuming you follow the standard precautions for downloading any executable from the interwebs.)

Instructions for bypassing can be found at the following links
