Was this in the temple?  In other words, is this a Temple Artifact?  Thanks.

Yes, it's a Temple Artifact.  To be specific it is the Temple Windows so it was part of the Temple itself.

But only Solomon's Temple, correct?

It can be held in any Temple.  Currently that includes Solomon's Temple and Zurubbabel's Temple.
