Title: What about extending ignore or introduce sth. similar to ignore permanent stuff?
Post by: Reth on March 27, 2020, 07:30:58 AM
Hi there,

just came to my mind this morning:

What about extending ignore or introducing a new similar effect which allows ignoring sth. permanent like an activated artifact/an active 3 Woes/active LS/... anything like that for a certain period like a turn or so (or even for good with another Dom similar to 3 Woes)?

What do you all think?

Bye

Hey René,

I think folks just know the old Ignore is gone at this point, is never coming back, and Ignore will altogether be phased out over time.

🤷‍♂️

I just took the naming as a reverence. What I really want to know what you all think about such kind of ability? So being able to disobey a permanent effect maybe once or for one or several turns or whatsoever...
So e.g. being able to disobey the effect of opponents active artifact while being in battle or things like that? Not such a good idea?

Sounds more like a protect or ignore ability.

More an ignore or disobey than a protect. So temporarily suspend an ongoing ability for a certain period of time: A phase, a turn, until another condition is met for one or more particular targets or in general.
