Does scarlet lines ability count as an ignore? if so would it work with i am truth?

scarlet line says "cannot be blocked by"

I am truth says "with ignores in the special ability"

Scarlet Line is an ignore ability,

However it does not work with I am Truth since it has been rule that I am Truth refers to the word ignores, which Scarlet line does not have.
