You can mail it to CactusGameDesign listing what you want and including the $$$ needed for shipping. That's what I did.

is there anywhere detailing how much the ratio of redemption cash to actual cash must be plus all the shipping details and whatnot?

While we're on this topic, I must ask, why on earth is Redemption cash not equal in value to regular cash? Seriously?

With the exception of Nationals (where Rob has to pay quite a bit extra to get cards air-freighted in), Redemption cash is counted as being real cash for product.  So if you have $15 in Redemption cash you can buy 5 Priests packs or 3 TexP or a Tin (or whatever).

If you pay for product with Redemption cash, then you need to pay actual cash for shipping and handling.  This costs $5 for every $25 (or portion thereof) of product ordered.

All this is to the best of my memory.  I bought two or three display boxes of Disciples with Redemption Cash last year.

The Redemption Cash says it's $5 shipping for every $50 purchased.

Yes.  On the expansions page, there's two drop down lists for both RoA and FoOF - one to choose from the original tins and one to choose from the new tins.

I can verify that it's $5 shipping in real money for every $50 spent in Redemption Cash (if you spend $70 in Redemption Cash, it's $10 shipping in real cash, in case you weren't sure). I just placed an order using Redemption Cash and confirmed with Rob in advance. :)

Thanks for the correction.  I couldn't remember if it was 5 for 50 or 5 for 25. So I went with 5 for 25 figuring that if I was wrong people would view the additional discount as kind of a bonus.
