I ra with ahimaaz and am blocked by Leper. I can itb right? - First Question
Ok, I itb and play Jehoiada's Strength. Do all guys in battle get Leprosy now, or is that only the first guy?
Also If I play Jeh's Strength on my ahimaaz, is he now a 9/2?

if you itb and do that then yes because you went before the sa of leper and then it reactivates. That is the way I would look at it...but i'm nobody. lol

I'm not sure about who would contract leprosy, but I'd venture a guess it would be all since you interrupted Leper's ability and when it kicked back in there were more heroes "currently in battle". Not 100% sure, though.
As for Ahimaaz's stats, he would still be at 9/4. Diseases/poisons don't reduce the first time until you update them during your prep phase.

itb only interrupts ongoing abilities on characters and enhancements. leper is not an ongoing ability. only ahimaaz gets leprosy.

That was the one thing in my mind i was trying to figure out... because itb only interrupts last enhancement if played by an opponent, any ability that is removing you, and ongoing abilities if i'm not mistaken.
