Hello all,
I am relatively new to Redemption; I snagged a good deal on eBay last year (mainly limited duplicates and a GH,IJ set) and that is when my interest began but I really jumped in gear recently and I purchased a collection at $30 via eBay and ended up getting 4 starter decks in addition to a large number of singles from a variety of sets. I have used the starter decks as a base and supplemented them with additional cards.
I am in the process of getting clearance (99%) on hosting a playgroup at my church as we do not have Sunday night service and that would be a great time to get together.
>In your own playgroups what has been successful and what do you wish you hadn't done?
>Have any of you had success in getting other churches involved, if so, what were your methods?
I look forward to the input provided by this community! ;D

Start with starter decks and pass these out

Location: Haleyville, AL (Northwestern AL)
I intend to give out "one" starter deck(1 random e,f,g,h) per person and then I have additional decks that are starter decks with appropriate additions to make them total 50. I am trying to cut down on my initial costs. I have actually thought about keeping the decks after their first time with the group and giving them one to keep on their second visit. Do you think this method would be ineffective?
My plan is to meet every/every other Sunday night for about 3 hours.
