Okay, so I believe I could build a house for myself if needed with all the older cards I have now from all the boxes. ;D I was wondering, obviously, I will eventually sort through them and organize into brigade and type, but for these older cards, is there a more efficient way of keeping up with them that you all are using? And is there a way to determine which ones are still good contender cards, as opposed to just collectable? I think I literally have almost a full set of Kings, Warrior, and Priests, and probably several of TxP at least along with a ton of Apostles and Patriarchs. I've pulled the Lost Souls for use and a few cards I recognized, like Authority of Christ, which I managed to snag in one pack. Also, "days of creation" I believe...the one about pre-creation...can't remember the title. Anyways, I did pull a few I knew were good. Any thoughts or help in determining what I need to keep close at hand would be helpful. There are 5 of us here that play now regularly, so I am trying to keep at least 2 of each for us to build various decks with. All 4 of my kids LOVE it, and we play redemption more than video games now. :) To me it takes less time, plus its wholesome.

That's so great to hear that you and your family are enjoying the game! Yes, it is indeed more wholesome than video games, being based on the Bible, which is my favorite part of the game. To answer your question, I believe that most people keep their older sets organized in boxes, sorted by set and then alphabetically within the set. Then when deckbuilding with Lackey or another tool such as this site:

...then when you find you need a helpful older card, you'll be able to find it quickly.
And over time, when you start to learn which older cards are most used in decks, you may decide to put extras of those somewhere even more accessible.

I like to make one full set of each older set (or as close as I can) and keep those in separate boxes -- that way if I need one particular card, I'm only looking through a small stack. The rest I usually just separate by set into bulk boxes and don't bother with alphabetizing.
