You have Magic Charms on a Magician. You place another Magician in your territory. Can you switch Magic Charms to that other Magician.

I don't believe you can just switch. But I would go as far as to say that you could de activate it and reactivate it on another one. Kind of like an artifact in z-temple or solomon's temple.
-
yeah, if you could, it would have to be during artifact deactivation/reactivation phase.

I know. But that's the only way i see it working.

i concur with the above statements :)

I concur with this concurrence

I could have sworn there was a ruling that once it's on a Magician it's stuck there unless a card specifically deactivates it.
I could be wrong, though (and I hope I am :P).
-
If that is the case, then any artifact that is activated somewhere else besides the pile would stick too like the temple arts, priestly breastplate and stuff like that.

I would agree on Priestly Breastplate, but not the Temples. I think the ruling had to do with "May be activated on" whereas "Holds" is a completely different ability.
I may just be talking out of thin air, though >_<. lol
-
Yeah. you can deactivate it and reactivate it somewhere else during art phase xp.
-
Sure hope you can activate it on another magician...wait........can you activate it on The Magi?
-
magicians are considered evil. If converted, they lose their identity of one i believe.

i didn't think they lost their identity..... hmm, anyone want to confirm? i guess it seems right Biblically, but the game isn't always concerned with that
