From what I heard, have a good COTH band and Michael with Angel Sword are good starts.

I mean what cards are the best to use, & the easyest way to get them.

The best cards are the cards that help you win (I'm just in one of those moods ).

I do not know silver that well but the easiest way I found to get specific cards is to visit the market section of the boards.

....can u guys just tell me what is the best silver cards to use?

This is just a copy and paste from my casual silver deck:

Heroes - Angel of the Harvest, Paladin the Fighter, Gabriel (Warriors), Angel of Deliverance, Michael (Kings), Angel in the Path (Warriors), Angel at Jerusalem (Priests), Attending Angel (TxP), The Strong Angel (Kings), Jacob (either one), Captain of the Host (Kings)

Hero Enhancements - Michael's Sword, Flaming Sword, Spiritual Warfare, Protection of Angels (Priests), Angel's Sword, Striking Herod, Victory, Defeating the Enemy, Three Angels, Swift Beings, Seventh Trumpet, Captain's Sword, Fire-Smoke-and Sulfur

You may also want to consider:  Angel of Warning TxP if using sites/fortresses, Death of the Firstborn, Angel at Shur promo (for searching for characters and initiative), Three Nails if it will not mess up your own defense (Demons are the bane of Angels), Everlasting Beings Promo or Chariot of Fire or Chamber of Angels to get your defeated angels back.  

And I agree that the marketplace is the best place to purchase/trade for these cards.  Hope this helps.

I use Michael, Captain of the Host, Strong Angel, Gabriel, The Destroyer (he is a must to get past the 2Khorses CBN characters behind a protect fortress) Angel of the Harvest, Paladin the Fighter, Angel in the Path and Silver Surfer...I mean Angel at Jerusalem.

For enhancements anything that can get rid of an evil character in battle (Striking Herod) or band in more angels (Army of the Lord) is good, and Protection of Angels is awesome and Gathering of Angels rarely hurts.

Support it with a couple of Access sites, Chamber of Angels and the TexP angels that I don't have yet and its fairly good. (at least in theory)

Yes. Angel's Sword belonged to the Angel in the Path, and they both have Angel in the title, so it is a valid NoN combination.

However, Angel's Sword is typically much better used on Michael (or Eli).

Huh, I never really thought about this. I mean, Angels aren't very good at dealing with demons, but I suppose the reverse is just as true. Maybe I'm not so reluctant to build an angel deck now...

Actually they ARE great vs angels, the cards (POTA, POTyrus) etc aren't used cuz all people do for angels for the most part is splash. I ran an angel deck vs a grey orange angel defense without using 3 nails and won by a hair (they had the pit so 3 nails was a moot point) Off hand.... can burning censor kill the pit?

Here's what i do. I do half of my offence silver other half human, your choice but i would pick either teal PURPLE BLUE or green. The angels that i use in my deck are Gabriel(warrriors), Captain of the host(warriors), Angel at Shurr(promo) and the last one i would pick either of these, angel of warning txp, angel in the path, angel with a secret name, angel at jerusalem, and last but not least MIKE FROM THE WARRIORS which i have but wilol never trade! For enh here are some battle winning ones, fire smoke and sulfure, striking herod, the secound seal, the seventh trumpet, and victory( note always have victory in your deck no matter what!).Also in ur deck make shure u have at least one negate and discard enh for offence and defence. one that i would choose for silver would be the flaming sword. its ok to have a discard evil character in opponets territory( but i dont use those types really) i would choose the third seal. And if u have any room left in ur deck put in wickedness removed its great! ive been playing redemption for 3 years and angels have never lead me astray always use them. my the force be with u.

I agree with this usually, but if you ever do straight angels, it is a bit harder to use Captain's ability for your advantage, and thus you should probably use TSA instead of Captain because he restricts banding and is also NT. This is, of course, if you are crazy enough not to use both.

Personally I don't think angel's are all that great now compared to other themes (particularly due to no good TeP stuff) heck even FBTNB (Fight by the numbers banding) got a boost but angels eh not so much....if you do a big d/c deck with CoA (and that covenant card I can't remember) plus Abom plus hur etc etc. they're good but thats a hard strategy to do right.
