Title: Heroless after Txp
Post by: Cameron the Conqueror on August 26, 2009, 06:29:26 PM
Grapes of Wrath.  Enough said.

Heroless will basically lose to any deck with Grapes of Wrath unless you are lucky enough to kill every EC with AoC.  Keep 1-2 ECs in hand, block, play Grapes, and Paul just falls in defeat.

Not to mention that Darius' Decree stops the "superman" Paul version from using Built on the Rock.  Heroless took a few hits in this very small set.

Don't forget Hidden Treasures. (BTW, DD doesn't even have to stop SuperPaul from being set aside; it can just discard him after. :P)

Harvest Time?  What does that have to do with anything?

yeah, but if you like creating super Paul, that's really hard to do more than once.
