Title: G/H Error Set?
Post by: TechnoEthicist on August 25, 2011, 10:51:33 AM
I just saw the posting on TLG price updater...can we get some more information about these? Where were they discovered, and why has it taken this long to see them? Was it a limited run? Do I have to open up all my G/H decks I have lying around to see if I have them :P Details! Details!  ;D

I only know of one set, which I discovered when someone wanted to order all the purple brigade cards from the H deck from me, and I asked questions since that seemed weird. :) I don't have any idea if there are more, or how many. I haven't heard of any other sets of them. If you want to see a picture of the cards, I posted one on the eBay auction for them: http://www.ebay.com/itm/320749508413?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/320749508413?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649)

I hope that helps!

Ken

I'll have to follow that auction.

If anyone would like to purchase the set outright before a bid is placed, I will sell it for $100. That auction has almost as many views in the last two hours as my Garden Tomb auction has had in seven days!

Thanks for the auction link Ken because I plan on bidding.  Now take the link down so I have a good chance of winning.   :maul:   :P

EDIT: must talk to my wife now, because I would be willing to buy them for $100.  Now to go find $100.

Great, now I have to decide faster than you since I am single...

ugghhh, I couldn't get my wife on the phone.  I want to "tentatively" buy them if possible.

Too late.  ;)

Added to my collection which includes 1 of 3 infamous white Angel at Shur promos and a complete set of Women's playtest cards.  8)

Yep, Kirk has purchased them, so they are no longer available. Thanks for the interest, and if I find any others (in another 6 years!) I will be sure to offer the same deal. :)

If I find another one in the next couple months, you have first dibs on it for $100. I doubt that will happen, but I think it's fair. ;)

Unmarried single guy: 1
Married guy with kids: way more than the above

I think its only fair that single guys catch a break once in a while.  ;)

Why is it always numbers that go wandering off?

Wow.... $100? Snap. I'll purple sharpie over the numbers of mine if you want, for $10.
