Anybody heard of it?
Just came across a book called "Redemption Player's Guide" by David Easterling... I did not know such a thing existed, but it will fit in nicely with my collection... Does anyone else know any history about this book? I would estimate it was published within the time frame of the first 5-6 sets... There is one more available at ThriftBooks.com for $6.59 if any others are interested...

I saw a copy years ago and found it to be an outdated piece of nostalgia. Probably a cool piece of the games history for a collector but that’s about it.

It has rules for redemption solitaire.  I highly recommend.

It was published post Prophets if I recall correctly.

In my mind it shakes out like this -

A Player's Guide deals with strategy, descriptions, interactions, card play, brigade overviews, game styles and such.

A Guide to Redemption is about the origin of, history, artwork, collecting, personal stories and so on.

Combining all this in to one book could make for one very large book. Even as two books they both have the potential to be large books.
