Which do you think is better - Captain of the Host or The Strong Angel?
Captain:
Allows Banding (good for lots of combos, but bad if opponent uses banding chains)
OT (easier to target, but better with certain cards)
10/10 instead of 10/8 (every bit counts)
The Strong Angel:
Negates Everything (and that includes banding)
NT (harder to target, great for combos such as Michael with GmZ)
10/8 (slightly lower defense)

depends I like Warriors TSA better than captain but if you only have a kings TSA use Captain
-
warriors TSA
-
TSA(WA)+ IAJUSTICE+Chamber.
-
CoTH+threee Angels with michael and Gabe out is about equal to TSA(wa) with Striking Herod
-
I don't think either one is better, their uses are both different but they are (from my experience) equally effective. However, I think captain is probably in more decks.
-
Strong Angel (wa) works better as a stand alone hero. Captain (wa/k) works better in combos.
-
Just use both.

I agree that both are very useful, but personally I think I like TSA better because he's more useful as standalone, so he's more "compact." Striking Herod on TSA almost always works, even if the battle ends in mutual destruction.

i say capitan but since i don't hav it i use strong angel
-
both are great, but I like CoTH from both Warriors pack and Kings pack, because one is only banding, and one is everything else except for weapon enhancement, so with Captain swords is unstoppable. But, for TSA, I only like the warriors pack because it negated everything, but the Kings one is good if it uses gathering of angel with it, and band to captain with captain swords on it, it is the best combo. Thanks.

captain for banding, tsa for splash, typically. Great hero to draw on your first turn.

Everyone keeps saying how Captain works with Musicians. I don't get it? Is he a musician?
-
no
-
I think people like to use The Stars to band him in. :dunno:
-
The stars is red and I don't think it's musical

The Stars is dual-colored: red and gold.
Interestingly, it has a Judges reference for those who use them.
-
It's musical too.
