What's the best good brigade in your opinion? For me, it's probably silver, since it has a good mix of OT and NT heroes, good enhancements versus demons and humans, etc. etc. The only main drawback is it's primarily (if not all) male heroes.
-
Teal all the way
-
right now i like Silver the best but i also like using white because of the new Musicians
-
With or without splashes?
-
Without.
-
Silver
-
Green. Recuring battle winners, CTB, cbn, itb shuffle all demons cbi, ways to get around immunity like crazy...and...rhoda, the adhd hero.

Blue. Recurring battle winners, CTB, CBN, ignore anyone, massive hand discard, ways to get around immunity like crazy... and... Simeon, the magnet for CM to make way for Jacob.
-
I thought that was Sarah/Rebekah's job?
-
I mentioned about 8 separate points, none of which seem to apply to Sarah or Rebekah, so you'll have to be more specific. :)
-
Doh!
Simeon, the magnet for CM to make way for Jacob.
I thought that was Sarah/Rebekah's job?
There we go.
-
Unlike you, who routinely gets Noah CM'd, I get CM played against my useful cards. I've not gotten any Hero CM'd in territory more than Simeon.

Oh him too ;). Yeah simeon is a pain. Too bad heroes converted to ec's abilities don't stay, or I'd total convert him toa crimson ec.

This is the correct answer. Blue is crazy awesome.

It is opinion based, there is no "wrong" answer really (ignoring people who post BLACK or other stupid things that don't matter). I like green alot due to it is pure wyn. It also doesn't need fancy hero s.a. to win.

haha, I am aware. I was just agreeing. :)

I think that brigades should work togethor to reach there full potential although i did play a freind with all silver and it worked really wellcso i think it is definately a matter of opinion.
-
An argument can be made for just about any good brigade.
Silver and teal are crazy good.
The new blue cards in the last couple sets have made blue amazing.
Green has a lot of battle-winners as RR said.
White has gotten a boost in the most recent set that IMO gives white two different, very strong strategies.
Purple royalty is sick.
The new judges in the last two sets have made gold better than it used to be. New cards made NT conversion decks better but even then, I don't think gold would be as worthy if it didn't have conversion AND judges.
Red doesn't take as good advantage of its big numbers as I think it could but I think you can make a solid offense with the mighty men at this point.
So I think they are all good but I would probably list their power from top to bottom in the order listed above.
-
Red doesn't take as good advantage of its big numbers...
I take good-natured exception to that, and challenge you to a duel using a normal deck that you've used in a tournament this year.
-
Keep in mind it's a comparative statement.
-
Gold. Recurring battle winners, CTB, CBN, discard their territory, ways to get immunity like crazy...and...Ehud, the greatest hero in the game.
Green. Recuring battle winners, CTB, cbn, itb shuffle all demons cbi, ways to get around immunity like crazy...and...rhoda, the adhd hero

I agree although I might switch green and teal. I just don't think teals quite as powerful anymore.
-
Yeah, you know, it's kind of sad, but I think I agree with that; teal used to dominate, but since they made no significant additions to it in RoA, it's getting kind of old and outdated.

just the ability to play any teal enh before battle...
-
and a teal/purple king, priest, prophet that protects from capture and conversion ::)

with drawn out that becomes a teal/purple king who can make phinehas nigh unkillable.
-
...Except for removal or shuffle or something.
-
Did silver get a lot better in ROA? They were always an impressive splash with pitiful standalone capability before this; I'd love to hear that they'd made it on their own (i.e., got some good characters <4/4)

-
Nooooo they didn't. Ok, well, maybe they're decent in T1. Someday, I believe...

Teal is good alright, but no female.
Silver is pretty good too, but too much power for people to have initiative and few battle winner that can kill someone like Prince of this world.
Red is great, but no female again, lastly, red is too strong to have initiative.
Blue is the best right now, with Asher on our side nothing can stand it.
Green with shuffles but will always bring those evil characters back.
Gold with luke and john, Weak
Purple with royalty, it is good if only you have King David
White rules over every deck. First you have Musicians which is basically unstoppable but because all are O.T. and male, can't go for only can rescue by female and N.T. soul. But Gardentomb would clean out the rest. white is the best.
THanks.
-
First you said that blue is the BEST and then said that WHITE is the BEST... which one do you really think is the best? ;)
I'm starting to think white and purple. King Lemuel.... good times.... ;D

I feel like Angels have been really tough ever since they came out, but then again I only play T1. Striking Herod and Wickedness Removed are pretty awesome cards though.
-
IMO, Teal is still the best even though RoA tried to shoot it in the head (come on, more battlewinners!)
Z-Temple + LotS, + Cov w/ Phin + Joshua the HP is still one of the most powerful attacks ever. Period.
-
Musicians are very powerful if you know how to use them.
-
Protection of angels abuse. Use Angel in the path warriors - 11/9 musician- heman ethan asaph, play protection when you get init.
-
I say a white TGT theme with some purple splash pwns
(now to find what defense goes with it)
-
11/9 musician- heman ethan asaph, play protection when you get init.
I use this A LOT with my Musician deck, and it's practically unstoppable, unless your opponent uses CBN battle-winners and/or humungous bands. (BTW, that guy's name is Chenaniah, and he's 11/7.)
-
gold is the best for me feel the jugement muhahahahaha!
-

Fixed. His name is chenaniah. And banded to king david so you can also play purple interrupts is awesome! ;D
-
Not even close in usefulness!
-
i do use a good stratigy with them and every time i do i use most the negates in one shot
If you're playing a musician's deck, the words "in one shot" should never pass your lips.
