1. Does anyone have any ideas if we are getting any Local . district , state , regional promos this year??

2. Does anyone know when the Rapha seasonal promo will be available for tournaments this year??

3. Does anyone have any ideas what the legacy rares will be worth??

For example does anyone think it will be this kind of pricing?? Spy $1.25+ 25% higher value = around $1.55 or will they be worth more than this??

I see that all AB cards are at least worth 25% more than regular versions of them.

1. The seasonal promos (Rapha and 3 others) replace local and district promos this year. When the host applies for the tournament, they can choose one of the seasonal promos instead of the other local/district options. See the updated host application

2. According to the host application, Rapha will be available for locals and districts in May, June, and July.

3. I'd expect something similar to the AB increase, but there may be a minimum value. $3, maybe, because they can take the place of a rare in the pack.
