Found it, deck minimum is being changed to 60.
As people are considering sleeves for their decks I'd like to just toss this out there...
You might want to order a minimum of 60.

You might want to order a minimum of 60.
I'm not sure if that's exactly what is meant by that. After all, sleeves break.

This makes me wonder if a sideboard or some rule with cards held in reserve is being considered again?
Or maybe you can toss cards from your discard pile or some kind of reserve pile?
Or I haven't a clue because of my noobiness....carry on.
