Can you use exchanger lost soul on a lost soul that is in a site?

Another ? can you have multiple of the same sites in a deck and if so how many can you have?

u can have multiple sites with no Sa but with Sa follow the same rules they do with Heros's and Ec's

Same as he said SA no, Without a special ability you can have three.
