1. If a card has a decrease ability, and the opponent's character eventually decreases to 0/0, what happens to that character? Does his stats stay at 0/0 or is he discarded as soon as one or both stats hit 0? Thanks!
2. This question is random, but on the card "Haman's Plot", it says to ...discard any three characters...but, then, holder must tear this card in half... Does it literally mean tear it in half??? Could you retape it and use it again? :P Good card, but it seems like a permanent one time use. Just wondering. Thanks!!!
Two questions:
1. Can anyone explain banding more in depth? Like, if another hero joins battle, does the evil character have to defeat both to stop the attempt, or just the hero that didn't join? When does the opponent have the initive (probably spelled that wrong)?
2. What does it mean when a card said, "When this card is about to be discarded...." does that mean the opponent has won the battle and you are about to lose?
Anything else you think I may later ask, be sure to write it here! :P

@#1: The evil character has to defeat both,The Evil Card or Good Card gets initiative when he is dieing/being disced/being converted or being captured. When 1 persons numbers are 8/10 and another persons is 9/11 thats a stalemate making it the good characters turn or if 1 person has 8/10 and the other person has 8/10 thats mutual destruction and its also the Good Cards initiative.
@#2. when it says "When this card is about to be discarded...." it will have ability after that that does something right before he dies and saves him or does something to him or lets him play a card

That's what I thought number #2 was. But with number one, do so the person who didn't band, if he's not beating both, he has the initive?

Yep, Haman's plot must be ripped. And no, it is not legal to tape it up. However, only in tournaments must it be ripped, all for fun games are played without ripping.

If in territory, he is immediately discarded. (If in battle, they'd be discarded during battle resolution.)

Yep, the card is only a one-time use. Like already mentioned, re-taping isn't legal in tournies, but it could work in for-fun games.

Haman's Plot can officially not be torn in just for fun games. In a torny, you MUST tear it or you can't use the special ability. A baggie with torn up Haman's Plots is a badge of honor!

To clarify decrease abilities, a character is allowed to have numbers at or below zero during battle. They are just not allowed to have numbers at or below zero outside of battle.
Specifically, the second number (toughness) cannot reach zero, or the character is discarded. But again, that discard is immediate outside of battle, and delayed for those in battle until Battle Resolution.

So if you play a card that say, decreases toughness */1 per turn to a character outside of battle that is in a territory, when it reaches */0, it is discarded, right?

I think that's what makes them awesome. It's a great way to spread the word of god, and is fun! It's gotten me to read the bible more, cuz id like to fine out more about what cards and such i'm using/playing
