Title: Update on my mother (cancer). She went to be with the Lord.
Post by: SiLeNcEd_MaTrIx on February 16, 2017, 10:58:52 AM: As most of you know, over the past 10 or so years I've posted on here several times asking for prayer for my mother in her fight with cancer. So many have prayed and I appreciate every single one of them. I have had trouble talking about it, but I think it is fair to let everyone know my mother did pass away the end of summer last year. She was saved which gives assurance of me seeing her again, but even now it's still hard to deal with it, but I thought you all should be updated since you have prayer for her for so long.

Post by: browarod on February 16, 2017, 11:26:57 AM: I'm so sorry for your loss. My father lost his battle with cancer in 2004 so I can understand how hard it must be for you. It gets better over time but you never stop missing them.

Post by: SiLeNcEd_MaTrIx on February 16, 2017, 12:54:21 PM: I was a momma's boy too, so that doesn't help. I cherish the times we had. Even though it's hard for my brain to comprehend, we will be reunited one day and I will see her again, and I know her suffering is completely over.
