My wife and I have been at the hospital since last night with our daughter who is being treated for a Tylenol overdose.
Details aside, please pray for her physical and emotional healing.
Thank you.

Prayers going up for your daughter and your family.

The good news is that my daughter's liver is healthy. The concerning news is that during tests the doctor felt her blood sugars were too high. She is having another blood test today. Please pray that she will be fine and not have diabetes or some other health issue.
Thank you.

Praying!

Thank you all for your prayers. The doctor is going to continue to monitor Sam's blood sugar levels but at this time it doesn't appear to be diabetes, but rather, hypoglycemia which runs on my wife's side of the family.
But her liver is healthy, Hallelujah! Looking back on what happened I am convinced this is a testament to the power of prayer within the body of Christ and God's grace and mercy.

So was it an intentional OD due to emotions? If you don't want to say thats fine I was just curious
-
It was an intentional OD due to emotions, but not how you think. It turns out she has had ulcers. It is a kind that can be treated with antibiotics. The emotional pain caused the ulcers to hurt so much that she kept taking the Tylenol to make the pain go away. She knows that Tylenol is taken for pain and fever. She knows that she should not self-medicate. She did NOT know that taking that much Tylenol could be lethal. That's my fault. Now that she knows, she is afraid of taking medication.
So, it was intentional.
It was an OD.
It was due to emotions.
It wasn't a suicide attempt. Thank God!
So in the end this prayer request turns into a praise report. Her liver is healthy. Her stomach is healthy now that she finished the antibiotics. And her outlook on life is healthy.
Thank you to everyone who prayed!

Praise God for that wonderful report Stamp! :)
