You might want to also include a note that you've talked about this date on the forum with all of the active playgroups in nearby states, and that several people are planning on coming if it is that date. Rob would probably be more likely to be willing to be a bit short on notice if he knows that the relevant people have already received notice

April 16th - KY State, ~~district in TN~~ postponed until further notice
May 7th - TN State
June 4th - GA State (not official)
July 9th - EC Regional
--------- SE Regionals
August 11-13 - NATS

Since I cannot come down to the KY state and it looks like I may not be able to go to at least part of hte Ohio State Tournament, I may try to make the TN state. Either that or try to con someone into taking me to the KY state. Gas is just to expensive for me right now.

Hey guys, It doesn't look like we are going to be able to make the KY tournament. $:-\$

So I will plan on having this tournament as originally scheduled. The schedule for the tourney has been posted, so please check it out! Also please check out the awesome news at the bottom of the first post!!!

Alright guys, Rob is the BEST! He has helped me out yet again. The TN state has actually been moved up. The tournament was either going to be moved to April 30th, so the KY guys could come or back to June, which the KY guys couldn't make it. Rob has allowed me to have it the last weekend in April despite not have the paper work turned in, in time! So make plans to be here, and I'll have the schedule up in the next few days! And thank Rob, as long you can make it!
