Title: State/Regionals?

I see there's two States and a Regionals posted. I thought that Cactus would post when they'd start accepting Apps. Did I miss that, or are these exceptions?

We here in the Northwest generally do our big tournament planning right after the first of the year.  For some of us, going to state or regional needs almost as much lead time as Nats.  Rob (and Doug before) have been gracious enough to accept our applications early.
