Well, Massachusetts survived the first visit of Redemption New Jersey to Nationals since '03. (There have been NJ players at Nats, but it doesn't count as an RNJ appearance without...well, you-know-who.) We were only able to come for Saturday, and I don't think we created any massive mayhem this year. (Unless you count the rumors about the "Zombie Redemption" game, but that's just a horrible rumor that couldn't possibly be true, could it?) Played Booster, and didn't win-and lost a game to my 11-year-old daughter. We had a lot of fun, met up with a lot of you, met some old friends from years ago, and cheered our Northeast compatriots as they placed in various events.
We'll be back when Nats returns to the East coast. In the meantime, anyone who can make it our NJ events at Colts Neck Community Church is welcome.
(Next time we come, though, there's going to be a Retro National Championship...)
